Who we are:
Wang’s in the Desert is the valley’s premiere Asian restaurant set in a landmark Palm Springs location with a soothing interior includes a bubbling stream and gentle waterfall with a traditional Chinese bridge to cross. The main room is expansive with seating to accommodate up to 160 guests. The flexibility of the room makes it possible to accommodate smaller groups of 30 and a semi-private VIP room for up to 16 guests. Our outdoor patio can seat up to 70 guests and large cocktail receptions can take advantage of the 20 foot open air bar.

Our Cuisine:
Wang’s in the Desert features traditional and contemporary Pan-Asian Cuisine prepared by experienced chefs with years of training cooking Chinese emphasizing on Cantonese, Mandarin and Sichuan dishes, done in heart healthy trans-fat free oil and include items geared to vegetarians and guests watching their diets. There is no added MSG in any of our dishes and all items are prepared fresh daily, on premise and cooked to order. No steam tables are used at Wang’s. We have a full bar and fairly priced wine list.

Our Staff:
Our management team is made up of professionals with extensive hotel and restaurant back rounds. The wait staff is well trained and attentive to detail. Managed by JGH Restaurant Enterprises with over 10 years experience

Private Events:
We are able to customize pre-set menus for a variety of budgets and tastes. Our ability to serve large groups in a short time make it possible for short lunch events and dinner meetings. Our restaurant is available for private parties and restaurant buy-outs.
